Chad’s place was exactly what we needed…peace, privacy, relaxation and nature. This has been my favorite getaway. The gym and sauna were the best! Everything was comfortable, clean and most of all the space really allows for peacefulness. My family enjoyed it. Chad was super helpful and responsive.

My husband and I absolutely loved the sauna, beautiful and clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Tastefully decorated, plenty of extra linens and clean space. Chad was always quick to open up the charging for our Tesla (was some issue with us being unable to scan the QR code on the charger itself). However, Chad still made it easy for us to charge the car. All in all great experience inside the house and we enjoy this area of the Catskills.

Great stay with my dog and cat at Chad and Kristin’s place. From the first moment I walked in, I didn’t want to leave! The hosts were very thoughtful with the amenities and supplies. Furnishings were extremely tasteful and well-maintained. The whole place is a breath of fresh air and calming to stay at! Thank you!

For whatever reason you’re considering staying here, just do it! Book this getaway. We have stayed at MANY vacation rentals and this might be our favorite to date. You can tell the home has been made with attention to detail and truly taken care of. Luxury feel in a peaceful remote location. We traveled with our baby and dogs and felt right at home. From a stocked kitchen so we could easily cook after picking up groceries, to the softest linens, to the amazing sauna, and a cozy fireplace.. just wow! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, we hope to come back again next year!

Chad is a great host and has a beautiful home. My partner and I booked for a weekend getaway, and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and stress free experience. We specifically wanted a luxury feeling space, well designed and with a fireplace. The sauna was the cherry on top! If you’re looking for a remote location, value high quality design and great amenities, this is the place to be.
