Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You will be staying in the heart of the 16th district Ottakring, where Vienna's famous beer is brewed, Manner's biscuits are baked and a multicultural food market is just a short walk away. In this modern open space apartment, the living areas wrap around the patio where you can relax after a long day. The bedroom provides a kingsize bed and together with the sofa bed you will find room up to four people. Central heating/ cooling provides comfortable temperature throughout the year. Fast wifi internet is provided as well as terrestrial TV. In the kitchen you will find everything to cook a meal including electric stove and oven, Kettle and coffee maker as well as a dishwasher. Towels soap and shampoo are provided and there is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

The stay at Ben’s appartamento was great. The place is new, well equipped and full of comforts. A lot of little things that shows great attention to details and hospitality. The location is really well connected to the U3 underground and the public trams. Highly recommend, I’ll use again if back in Vienna

Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr nett eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. (Kaffeekapseln, Mannerschnitten... 😃) Tolle Lage, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, es ist eine ruhige Umgebung. Ben ist ein toller Gastgeber, wir konnten schon früher einchecken als ausgemacht war, alles verlief problemlos. Die Wohnung kann man sehr gut weiterempfehlen! Danke für Alles!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Anbindung zu den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe. Sehr sauber, ruhig und schön eingerichtet.Ben war immer gut erreichbar und die Zeit in der Wohnung und in Wien bleibt uns in guter Erinnerung.

The brewery Ottakringer ist located right across the street. Guided tours are available online and an outside food court is hosted throughout the summer, as well as all kinds of other events.
Another great place to find food and restaurants is the Brunnen Market / Yppenplatz, 15min. by foot from the apartment. You can also go by tram line 2 or 44.
If you look for your daily groceries you can walk through Eisnergasse and will end up on Thaliastraße where you should find all kinds of shops.

To get to the City center best use tram line 2 or 44, at Johann Nepomuk Berger square.
With buslinie 10A you conveniently reach Schloss Schönbrunn, starting you trip from bus stop Familienplatz
Cardrivers:
There is a paid short-term parking zone throughout Vienna from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Parking tickets are available at the tobacconist's, or you can use the Handyparken app.
There is a parking garage nearby on Wattgasse and Friedrich-Kaiser-Gasse.
