Bed sizes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Daybed, 1 Trundle Pet Rules • Dogs only - maximum of 1 dog allowed. (We do not allow cats.) • Pet fees are NOT included in your original reservation price provided by Airbnb when booking. • A $25.00 pet fee - per pet/per night (plus taxes) will be added to your reservation Manually. We will contact you for your credit card information for this payment. • Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your dog. • Dogs must be house-trained, friendly (in case we need to access the house), up to date on flea meds and shots, and well-socialized. Dogs are not to be left alone unattended in the house uncrated or in the yard for extended periods of time. Be sure to pick up after your dog in all areas and keep your dog off the furniture. If you have a "shedding" type breed, clean-up also means hair within reason. Failure to do so or any damage from your dog will result in an additional fee. • It is required for all guests with pets to sign a separate Rental Agreement which will be sent via email upon booking.
