It includes a private patio, 1 parking space in a secure parking structure, community pool and laundry. The bedroom sleeps two/three guests. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are great room style with a light, airy and open vibe. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to bring a sense of home to your vacation. About the City of Long Beach: Long Beach is a Coastal Community with attractions like, the Long Beach Aquarium, Convention Center, Shoreline Village, The Pike Outlets, Queen Mary, Terrace Theater, Laugh Factory, Newly developed "Pine Avenue", "Retro Row", Belmont Shores, "Famous" 2nd Street, and more, with many local restaurants and boutiques. Long Beach hosts the Grand Prix, Music Festivals, as well as many industry expos and smaller music, theater, arts and museum sites. Along with dedicated parking for one car It may be possible to find additional space on the roof of the parking structure on a first come first serve basis (weekdays 9am-2pm has most availability). There is also nearby street parking, please be advised of limited parking for street sweeping on Tuesday & Wednesday from 10am-12pm). We are within walking distance of local bus stops and the metro transit system. Uber and Lyft are commonly used and easy to request from the area.
