Excellent location, very clean and very comfortable beds. It was an easy drive to the marina to catch the ferry to Catalina Island and downtown LB. I was surprised by the exterior of the apartment building as it looks run down, which is not the owners fault. That was unfortunate. It is also noisy. I could make out conversations from the tenants in the apartment above and from the building next door. Thankfully, we always travel with ear plugs so it didn’t bother us. Great location, but bring ear plugs.

The apartment itself was nice and clean, but the surrounding area wasn't the cleanest, and there were many other apartment guests or tenants were on the porch many hours of the day into the night smoking. Michael was a great host and communicated well and had everything we needed.

Michael’s place was great! His place is newly renovated, and you can tell everything in it is new as well as nicely decorated. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were lovely. Although we didn’t need to use the washer and dryer, it’s nice to have them. There is a big hdtv too. Parking right outside the back door is so convenient. The neighbors in the other units plus the neighborhood were quiet yet walking distance to city restaurants, etc. Finally, Michael instantly responded to any questions we had. We definitely would like to stay here again when visiting our daughter and son-in-law and new granddaughter!
