The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee. PARKING AT TURQUOISE PLACE All guest reservations are subject to a Guest Vehicle Registration fee of $50.00 per vehicle per stay for up to TWO vehicles. This fee must be paid in advance at the time of booking. Parking onsite in the garage is only guaranteed for up to 2 vehicles registered in advance. Any vehicles not registered in advance are subject to the overflow parking fees, BASED ON AVAILABILITY.
