We had several issues during our stay. The lock on the door was different than expected, causing check-in issues. Someone entered the house unannounced, claiming we needed to check out. Doors wouldn't shut all the way. The hot tub wasn't working, the grill was dirty and broken, and the balcony lighting was insufficient. Wi-Fi was spotty and TV remotes were mixed up. We wasted time trying to fix things and reworking our plans. However, the house was gorgeous, beds were comfortable, the view was amazing, and private beach access was appreciated. Better maintenance could have prevented these issues. Host did provide a credit, but for what we experienced, it didn't feel sufficient. We reached out to AirBnB to help. The loss of security we felt warranted at least a 50% refund per night, but AirBnB's policy doesn't reflect our concerns and we were only compensated 30% per night. We hope these security issues are taken more seriously going forward, but we don’t recommend booking this place.

We had some problems with the hot tub not working. Some suggestions would be more trash cans, more towels, and curtains on the master bedroom back doors. You can see right into the rooms.

Second year in a row for a company trip. Never disappoints. Quiet enough to get away but close enough to fun for whenever it’s needed.

The home was in a beautiful setting, and totally private. There was a faint smoke odor inside the home, and a few areas that needed repair. We had a few issues throughout our week-long stay and the host was very prompt to reply to messages. We couldn't ever get all the tvs to work. Also, the pool lights never worked, the second water feature never turned on, and the patio door was damaged. The home was not very clean, compared to other rentals. I'm a little disappointed that an effort wasn't made to give us a credit or some other remedial action for the issues that we encountered. Overall, my family had a wonderful time. But for this price, you'd expect an exceptional property.

This was our first time staying in Orange Beach (usually we stay in Gulf Shores) and the location was amazing! The house was amazing and matched the pictures and descriptions perfectly. The host was super responsive and helpful!
