Kurt was a great host. When we arrived he was there to welcome us and answer any question or help with anything we needed. My sisters and I came for a getaway. We are all older and this was our first trip together. The house met all our needs and was comfortable and clean. We didn’t have to drive far to get to restaurants or shopping. I would recommend.

Great place, great yard. Peaceful, has everything you need. Nice touch in having plenty of coffee, even had soft drinks. If you need to stay in Athens, this is a great location. Kurt is extremely responsive, everything was seamless. Will be staying there again!
