George is the quintessential host and I would highly recommend his condo in this gated community. It’s very private very close to the village of Montauk, and for a winter stay was extremely peaceful and quiet Because this is not Manhattan, yours can be left unlocked, but I still lock them while I was there, and certainly while I was away and always kept, the deck door is locked when I wasn’t outside on the deck The sun rise from the bedroom window to the east is different every morning, mid day, sometimes is bright and sunny, but I always had visits from a small herd of four deer Sometimes they would get right up under the balcony and be grazing in or not easily spoke so I did get some very nice pictures I am Magine with all the condos during high season being used it would still be very private, but I felt the draperies this time of year could be left open 24 seven I never felt subconscious walking from the bedroom to the kitchen or otherwise Leed
