I enjoyed my stay at Harry’s Residence. Comfortable and spacious studio. Good location to walk or Grab to various attractions.

I would probably rate this place at 3.5/5…the apartments are in a great location and it was nice to have laundry facilities on-site. Also, Liliana at the front desk was very nice and helpful and staff were quick to respond to any issues via the Airbnb app. However, cleanliness needs to improve, specifically in the hall areas. Every time I exited the apartment I observed dirt and hair all over the hall floors. Also, there really isn’t a lot of natural light in the apartment. There’s a balcony but you can’t really keep the curtain open due to privacy reasons, as it looks straight into another building. Also, there was construction going on next door which started early and ended late. I could also hear a lot of doors slamming throughout the night so soundproofing isn’t the best. As others have mentioned, you do need to warm up the water heater for a shower and the hot water doesn’t last very long (maybe five minutes)…this didn’t really bother me but might be an issue for others.

Great stay at Harry’s Residence. Close enough to Old Quarter that we could still walk around but quieter than hotels in the main area. A great local chicken pho place for breakfast very close by too.

A lovely place to stay on our first nights in Vietnam, especially after 24hours of travelling. Clean, modern, 24/7 front desk staff to check us in very late at night. The free laundry facilities was a very nice perk. We are glad it was slightly out of the way of the noise and crowds in the Old Quarter. Well worth the few extra minutes walk

Looks like the photos but note that there was significant construction right next door so it was loud all day from 8am. Also the place is very humid and moist inside the room. I dont think they built the place to have much ventilation
