우선 해당 지역의 GPS신호가 좋지 않아 찾기가 어렵습니다. 만약 길찾기를 하셔야 한다면 2 P. Lê Văn Linh, Hàng Mã, Hoàn Kiếm ( KAFA Cafe)로 검색하셔서 오셔야 길찾기가 쉽습니다. 장점 1. 호스트가 친절합니다. 2. 숙소위치가 가정집이 모여있는 곳에 있어 조용하고 좋습니다. 3. 오토바이 2대 정도 주차 가능합니다.(자동차의 경우 외부 길가 주차장 이용 24시간 및 시간 당 비용 별도 현금 결제) 4. 도보로 주변 관광지를 다닐 수 있습니다. 단점 1. 집 주변에 벌레가 많습니다. 아침에 나오면 좋지 않은 광경을 맞이할 수 있습니다. 2. 4층 방 화장실의 수압이 너무 약합니다. 2, 3층은 수압이 강합니다. 주의하세요. 3. 화장실이 너무 좁습니다. 일반인에게도 너무 작은 사이즈 입니다. 대략 1.2m X 0.8m 정도 되는 것 같습니다. 개인적인 내용이기에 판단은 후기 보시는 분들의 판단이 중요합니다.

The place wasnt very clean. No hot water in one of the bathrooms. Difficult to communicate with the host. Overpriced.

Nhacuabu is a beautiful, rustic feeling home nestled into a quiet, but lively, winding nest of alleys in the west old quarter. Not too far from anything but still allowing you to retreat into moments of reprieve away from the unrelenting noise of downtown Hanoi. Great for several couples or a family. Wish the kitchen had a little bit more to it but otherwise a lovely stay, and Trieu was always responsive and friendly. Recommend, especially for larger groups.

It’s a 4 storey house on a tiny block of land right on a small laneway. People riding by on their motorcycles right outside. There are no curtains on some windows and you can see into the lounge/kitchen, which is on the ground floor, from the street. The staircase is narrow & dangerous. Each floor has a bedroom with toilet /shower, a tv, small fridge. Most of the room is on a raised wooden platform which look like pallets and the mattress sits on it. It’s very unattractive and makes the room small. The shower had no screen and the bathroom floor got saturated when you showered. It has no windows so it smelt. The curtains in the bedroom were light weight & let through the sun from 5:30 am and the upstairs bedroom there was a light right outside shining through all night. Unlike the photos, paint was peeling off the walls. The worst part though was the noise from some pump which gurgled every 18 seconds throughout the night. None of us slept. We cut our stay short & moved 1st day.

Fantastic house, and extremely nice and accomodating host. The place was clean, easy to get into, and lots to do in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again! P.S. Try the awesome pho on the corner!
