Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed staying in this apartment. Located very close to everything and nicely styled. We especially enjoyed having a living room to sit in and relax after a long day out and about. The host and co. host were both very nice and responsive and we would surely stay again if ever back.

The location is in Old Quarters so going around to reaching key tourist spots are not a problem. A lot of food is available just when you go out of the apartment. Khanh reached out to me a day before our check in to ask for our arrival information and he became our contact during our entire stay. He was very responsive to our questions especially when electricity went out for a short while (entire area was out of power). Instructions were clear on how to find the place. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Will definitely stay here again when I go back to Hanoi soon.

The hosts were responsive and caring. They called to check on us halfway through our stay. The Airbnb isn't perfect, but it's a great deal and experience to be in the old quarter. You need to walk through a small alleyway to get to the Airbnb. I didn't mind walking through the alleyway, but other people may not feel comfortable. The place is nicely decorated, but needs more renovations on the flooring, bathrooms, and ceiling. Overall, our family had a wonderful stay and time, I would come back!

Mee and Khánh were both very helpful during our stay. Very fast at replying with useful information. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Best nights sleep there in weeks. Would stay again.
