Was a great stay there. Amazing big rooftop terrace with stunning view. Beds are alright and couch is as well good to sleep. 5th floor, a few stairs to climb, keeps u healthy. Well the sink from the toilet room is smelly, due to a missing chiffon. Get some good smelling candles and keep the door closed :), told him as well. One roller shutter is broken and always down at a bedroom and both electrical sun awnings are broken on the terrace. Everything else was alright. Thanks for the stay.

We enjoyed the stay. The only downside was a very strong sewage smell. Beautiful view of the sea, bedroom nice and tidy, big and comfy beds. Many restaurants and shops within 10/ 15-minute drive, some few mins walk. There are many different attractions nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Booked this place for my parents last minute, on the afternoon of check in, didn’t read the reviews , which I should have. The apartment looks great, just as the pictures, the location is great and the host my parents met , Ibrahim was helpful and welcoming and responded which is greatly appreciated. The apartment needs some serious Maintenance, there are no toiletries in the flat, which is minor thing, the kitchen tap was broken, the electrical shutters made a terrible noise in the night disturbing any chance of sleep and on the second & final day, coming back to the apartment there was a bad smell , they had to keep the windows open the entire time. I now read the review i previously missed and this is an issue that a guest in august experienced and it was not yet fixed. My parents were planning on extending their trip, but couldn’t stay longer in this apartment, which is such a shame, because it’s a lovely flat.

Host responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

J'ai été enchanté par le spacieux et confortable appartement, ainsi que par la terrasse offrant une vue magnifique sur la baie d'Agadir. L'emplacement à proximité de la marina était parfait. Cependant, l'expérience a été entachée par une persistante odeur d'égout dans l'appartement, malgré les efforts du technicien pour y remédier. Aussi, Je tiens à exprimer ma sincère gratitude envers Brahim et Frida pour leur réactivité exceptionnelle et leur disponibilité pendant mon séjour. Cependant, je dois souligner que l'appartement semblait manquer d'entretien, ce qui est dommage compte tenu du prix exorbitant de la location. Une attention plus soutenue à la maintenance aurait certainement amélioré l'ensemble de l'expérience.
