Manque d'instructions à l'arrivée (pas d'adresse du départ du télépherique, un télépherique toutes les heures seulement et le dernier télésiège à 16h30), nous nous sommes perdus dans la montagne. Les frais supplémentaires exorbitants pour le bain nordique n'ont pas été communiqués à la réservation, le sauna est hors d'usage (fumée excessive à l'allumage) et la chambre de l'étage est un dortoir (matelas au sol) inutilisable par grand froid. L'environnement est exceptionnel mais les importantes chutes de neige ont paralysé nos déplacements. Le confort est sommaire au regard du prix excessif.

We had a wonderful time at the chalet. The scenery is astonishing, if you love peace and quiet that’s the place. The host was very kind and promptly answered texts when we had questions. Pack up water and coffee capsules because it’s extra as the place is kind of hard to get to and the water there is not drinkable. You can easily bring food there even on the chairlift. They also propose to bring food for you but it wasn’t necessary for us. The Viking pool was a bit chilly on the first day but we forgot to ask the host for that extra. If you want it remember to ask the host to start heating the pool at least three days prior to you arrival if you want to book it.

De loin le meilleur airbnb que j'ai fait et ça fait des années que j'utilise l'application. Nous sommes venus ce mois de mars, il y avait de la neige sur Velika Planina. J'ai difficile à trouver mes mots tant nous avons vécus un moment magique à plus de 1600m d'altitude. Nous avons pris l'option bain chaud, il a commencé à neiger, la vue était imprenable sur les Alpes, le tout accompagné d'une bouteille de champagne, what else?! Nous avons également eu l'honneur de rencontrer Miha et de partager un verre ensemble au restaurant qui se trouve juste à côté du chalet, une très belle rencontre que nous n'oublierons pas. Au passage, la nourriture au restaurant est excellente et les portions énormes! Franchement foncez! Merci Miha & Julia et tous nos vœux de succès, vous le méritez 🩵🤍🩵

We were a group of six and enjoyed the stay at the chalet a lot. The sauna was the clear highlight for us. The landscape at Velika Planina was really impressive and invited us to do some hikes through the snow-covered area. Communication with the hosts Julia and Miha was easy and fast. Just note that the tap water is not drinkable and the amount of available water is limited per day.

We had an amazing time at chalet Tisa, Miha is an amazing and kind host, attentive and helpful. Even though the weather was bad, it was nice to just hang in the chalet, have a warm drink with friends and enjoy the surroundings. We will be back in the summer.
