Very clean and spacious. We chose this location to visit family in Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Durham and this central location was perfect for our visit!

Enjoyed the stay overall. Minor issue with the guest bathroom but the host was very responsive. Good location and easy check-out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Minette's home. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and very close to lots of restaurants, Southpoint Mall and a very easy drive to downtown Durham. You are able to fit two cars in the driveway which is great because street parking is not allowed and there aren't a lot of visitor spaces available. The space was clean and looked just like the photos. Minette was very responsive and helpful.
