Property as described, very responsive host to questions prior to arriving. Clear instructions were provided. Suited our needs (attending concert at Principality Stadium - which we walked to and from). Would use again and recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights as we were seeing Michael mckintyre, very cosy and very clean, would recommend to anyone who wanted to stay at Cardiff bay that you book here

Booked to stay with some friends to explore Cardiff. We booked another property but actually changed to this one as it seemed better, but sadly I think we made a mistake doing this. Extremely bad smell in the corridor particularly of fried food No hoover and didn’t look like there had been any floor cleaning done between quests, I wanted to Hoover but wasn’t able too due to this. Lots of marks, hair, dust on floor and skirting boards not cleaned. Socks became very dirty after a few hours walking on the floor Walls covered in marks and food which could have attempted to be cleaned off Hand prints on fridge, oven dirty, light switches had marks and cutlery in draw inadequately washed. Single beds very small. Bedding smelt musty Very shoddy finishes, skirting boards hanging off etc The rug and cushions in the lounge could do with being washed Location very good, great parking. The host is very polite and helpful but I think the cleaning company has particularly let it down
