Celebrated my 30th birthday with my closest friends here. We all had an amazing stay. There were some challenges with finding the codes for different things, but we were able to figure it out. The backyard is every bit as beautiful as the photos. We especially liked the many seating areas and abundance of space. The pool table and shuffle board table got a lot of attention. The master bedroom and bathroom were VERY nice-even a heated toilet seat! There was quite a bit of dust, spider webs, random dead bugs, but we chalked it up to perhaps being the first guests of the season. Overall, it was a great stay and we can see ourselves visiting again for the next 30th birthday! Larry was very communicative and responsive.

Durning my stay here the host had great communication skills and had a video of how to maintain the house as well as checking out. There were some times when I forgot to complete a check off and the hose would remind me and the host was very understanding of it and that helped a lot. This place is perfect for a weekend getaway with all the different options that were at the house alone. The hot tub was well maintained and very clean. Had a perfect back yard that was completely privet and peaceful. I would 100% recommend staying at this Airbnb.

We had texts/calls many times about what we were doing, asking questions about our coming/going. I suspect there are inside cameras or they are watching the doors by video. The neighbor reports to the owner about who is there and when. House was nice but having to watch a 20-30 minute video to get in and to use the home was a bit much (we don’t care about his sports memorabilia). Also cleaning the hot tub (adding chemicals/scrubbing it) should not be an expectation when paying over 2000.00 for 3 nights.
