This is a good place in a great location in the heart of Wellington. Going in and out of the building is easy and it feels safe. The place itself is spacious and has adequate amenities. I especially liked the bathroom. Unfortunately, there were some minor issues with trash under the beds and under one sofa, and the TV remote was missing. Luckily, I had my laptop so my daughter and I used it to watch movies. Also, we did two loads of laundry. However, there was a sign on the washer/dryer combo asking us not to use the dryer. A drying rack was provided, so we used that and waiting two days for our clothes to dry. The ventilation system works great when it is working. We experienced significant cold temperatures for the first four days because the system only blew cold air. By the fifth day of our two-week stay, the heater kicked in and all was well. All in all, we had a good stay except for the inconveniences. I would stay here again, hoping that the aforementioned details were resolved

The place ok, good location, clean and comfy, but we didn’t have hot water at all in the whole apartment. We didn’t get a solution. There was another shower on the main floor that we could use but the bathroom was disgusting. There was blood all over the floor and the sink. No one cleaned the bathroom, no reception or solution in our whole staying because it was long weekend. Also they said that they would refund 30% of the total that we paid but we just got less than 25%. That wasn’t the deal. Very disappointed.

Tolle Lage und saubere Unterkunft. Wir waren zu dritt in Wellington. Check-in und Check-out war einfach. Schade gibt es keinen Parkplatz, jedoch wussten wir das, da es klar angegeben ist. Die Lüftung war für uns etwas zu stark und man konnte nicht lüften. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine war ein Plus. Empfehlenswert!
