Suiting families and couples it boasts 4 bedrooms of which there are 3 doubles – 1 x super king and 2 x kings (super king and one of the kings are ensuite) together with a bunk bedroom which has a double bunk on the bottom and a single top bunk for children. Ty Ni’s first ensuite bedroom has a large shower, WC, and washbasin and the second ensuite has a super freestanding slipper bath with soft lights for your soothing mood. There is also a separate bathroom with double shower, WC, and washbasin. Two of the double bedrooms have French doors which lead to the rear garden terrace. Bedrooms have Nest Central heating; all bathrooms benefit from underfloor heating. Enter the house from the front door into an L shaped hallway which has underfloor heating, all bedrooms and bathrooms are located on this ground floor. From the hall there are stairs to upstairs, where you will find the large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen consists of AEG integrated appliances together with granite work tops, you will find an oven, combi oven with grill and microwave, warming drawer, large fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine along with other smaller kitchen necessities.
