This place was in a great location and the house itself was decently maintained but overall needed some improvements. We had issues with plumbing, no filtered water, some rooms didn't have full black out blinds which was harder with kids. Overall the host communicated well and offered to fix plumbing outside of weekend.

Great place in Woodland Hills. Close to everything. Pool table pockets need fixing. Found all the balls behind couch and curtains. Unit is on main street so expect commute noise. But otherwise a great stay. There's no welcome book to give any information about area, pool, etc. But the responsiveness from the ownership group is fast. Love the piano and living room set up. Kitchen is fully stocked and the garage is invaluable. Absolutely would stay here again if we do come back to the area!

We enjoyed our stay and cooking together in the kitchen. The beds are super comfortable. Good location for day trips. There were some things that didn’t work or were broken but messaged the hosts as these things didn’t take away from our stay.

הבית מדהים! אוירה טובה והמטבח מאובזר בצורה יוצאת דופן לבישול ביתי. הילד שלנו בן 5 כל כך שמח מחדר הקולנוע והמדרגות שיש בכל הבית. הבית היה חמים ונעים והמקום בטוח. אין ספק שנשמח לחזור בקרוב מאוד.
