The house was conveniently located on a quiet street, but close enough to dining, and entertainment. House was exactly as described, clean & comfortable. Perfect for a weekend with my husband and our little dog.

Was very pleased with the house and surroundings. We had scheduled 4 nights and circumstances required us to stay a 5th night and Allen took care of us being able to extend our stay for the extra night. Would definitely recommend staying at his place if you’re in town. Will have to be back in town in May and I’ll stay with Allen when that time comes.

Perfect house to stay if you are going to any of the hospitals. Close but away from the higher traffic areas. After one night, I felt like I was coming home to my own house. Parking for 3 vehicles was a huge plus as we were shuffling in and out with other family members. I will definitely book it again for any stay in or around downtown Lexington. So much cheaper than staying in a Hotel. Especially if splitting the cost with a family member. Gas stove was great. Very Modern appliances. Fully equipped kitchen. We didn't have to go pick up anything. Bathrooms and showers were also top notch. It really was a home away from home. The beds and sheets were also very comfortable. If I'm coming to Lexington, I'm looking to make sure this house is open. If you were visiting someone in St. Joseph's hospital, it would be walking distance for sure.

We had a quaint stay! The beds are very comfortable and it is a beautiful remodel with all the charm. Very close to all your downtown needs!

As expected, based on information provided and they have done a good job of remodeling. Fenced yard is nice if you are bringing a dog. Surrounding area felt safe and convenient to UK and surrounding areas. You can hear the trains and location is near hospital, so also many sirens, but neither bothered us.
