Its interior covers the entire place warmly glimmering the walls with crystal ceiling lights which illuminate this modern, stylish, charcoal black and copper themed unit. Unwind with your friends and loved ones at a cozy space hidden within the city. Without crossing any street you'll find: Starbucks Sushi Bar Dimsum Desserts Grocery Spa Fruit Shops Modern - Stylish - Warm The place is situated at Air Residence. It's a one bedroom unit with one Queen size bed, a study table, and a cabinet. Outside the bed room is a 48 inch Smart TV, a pull-up sofa bed, a full kitchen good for cooking small meals. We always host with a wide range of equipments; even the uncommon ones such as Hair Dryer, Portable Clothes Dryer, Clothes Steamer, Hangers, Throw Blankets, Automatic Air Fragrance Dispenser, Can Openers, Bottle Openers, Egg Beaters, Rice Cookers, Microwave, Pans, Caseroles, Wine Glass, Pitcher, Hand Liquid Soap, Body Wash Soap, Shampoo, Dish Washing Detergent, Bidet, Hot Shower, Tissue Papers.

I booked the apartment mainly because of the view and the nice and modern bathroom. Unfortunately the bathroom is not in a good condition generally and cleanliness was missing at all. There is a very bad mouldy smell as well although many room refreshers are standing there. The apartment is nicely decorated with details like candles, but some are hidden under dust. With some love and cheap provisions like water there would be potential. Leftovers from other guests should be removed (fridge). As stated the pool area can only be used with additional fee (150 pppd).
Alvin and his co-hosts were very accommodating and helpful! They assisted well most especially for self check-in. Alvin sent over easy to follow and complete instructions for check-in. His place was simple, clean and very cozy. You can also see an almost complete skyline view of Manila at the balcony. Feels right at home! Enjoyed staying there and will definitely go back again in the future :)

Good stay
The place was cozy .It is connected to the mall ,so you will have no issues with food.The view is very nice as described. There are two groups of elevators.(avoid getting on the wrong elevators) Make sure that you get on the elevators on the right side of the guard partition when entering the building from the street or if your entering from inside the mall it's the elevators that are the farthest away to your far left . All in all it's nice place to stay for a single traveller in the city.

Pro Tip: The park has a very chill vibe especially in the late afternoon.
Also, just take a 5-15 minute drive using Ayala Avenue and get to Greenbelt, Glorietta, SM Makati, and Landmark.

Parking:
The streets of SMDC Air Residences are Malugay Street and Yakal Street. The easiest parking area is at the basement of Air Mall. Its a pay parking of P50 for the first three hours and 20PHP every hour after three hours. The parking is usually has ample of vacancies.
Getting there, you will have to turn left form Malugay or Yakal. The private street will lead you to the basement of Air Mall. You will see a parking guard , tell them that you are heading to the MALL, not the condo, to avoid confusions. The guard will tell you your parking space number.
You can also park at the mall of The Rise called Assembly, but its a bit much expensive there.
