Richard was a great host, really flexible and friendly, and the apartment is in an ideal location really close to the middle of Scarborough, really clean and nicely done out. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Logement tres bien, correspond a lannonce et la description, nous avons eu des muffins et du lait a notre arrivé tres pratique pour le petit dejeuner , tres satisfaite et je reviendrai l'an prochain car nous etions a un festival de musique et cetait a parfaite distance de marche ♥️

We have stayed at other properties belonging to Richard previously, and although this was smaller it was perfect for our two night stay. As always on hand to help with anything, and the studio lovely and clean . Had everything we needed .

Richard’s place was perfect for a short weekend stay in Scarborough. Check in was easy with a lockbox and flexible to our arrival times. The studio was beautifully clean with modern appliances, also a short 10 -15 minute walk away from the town centre, so great central location but also away from any noise. Richard was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed.
