En-suite to bedroom 3 with sink, walk-in shower, and WC. En-suite to bedroom 4 with sink, walk-in shower, and WC. WC in the downstairs cloakroom. Poolside shower. KITCHEN Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities. LOUNGE Large lounge space with comfortable sofas, coffee table, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, music system, patio doors opening onto the terraces and pool. INDOOR DINING Adjoining the kitchen area there is a large dining table and chairs to seat 8, complemented with crockery for any type of entertaining. TERRACE & SWIMMING POOL The infinity swimming pool (9m x 4m) and Jet pool are for the sole use of our guests. The pool & Jet pool can be heated or the chill taken off the pool during the cooler months. Please see the note below on pool heating. Sun loungers, tables and umbrellas are provided for your relaxation. Outdoor lounge area with outdoor sofas. There is a poolside shower. The outdoor dining table & chairs provided along with summer kitchen & BBQ to dine alfresco by the pool. POOL HEATING Pool heating is INCLUDED in the villa price in all months except July and August. (If you require pool heating in July or August it is provided at £15 per day).
