Looking for a place to relax and spend some quality time with your family or friends? Our apartment would be the best choice! You are looking at a cozy apartment located in a quiet neighborhood in Voroklini Tourist Area, just about 200 meters from the sea. All the necessary amenities such as restaurants, cafeterias, pubs, a supermarket, taxis, ATM, can be found within walking distance. Just about 15 minutes drive from Larnaca International Airport and 10 minutes’ drive from the city center. Our apartment is located on the first (top) floor of a small complex and has a private entrance and free parking. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living/dining room. There is a double bed in the master bedroom, a single bed in the second bedroom, and two sofa-beds in the living room. Up to five people can be hosted. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary appliances you need to cook and have a great meal. The dining table is already laid for you; just cook and enjoy your meal. The living room has everything you need to relax and have a great time. You can watch TV and listen to music, or play some table games already provided. We also provide some books and an office desk in case you want to read or do some work. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. Free Wi-Fi is available. We welcome our guests with free coffee/ tea and lemonade, as well as some seasonal fruits. Other welcome packs, baby bed and chair, as well as umbrella and mats for the beach, can be provided upon request. Please contact us if you need any additional information. The surrounding area The whole coastline in the area is considered to be one of the best in Larnaca, safe for families and children due to the shallow waters and water breakers. Along the coastline, there is the Voroklini promenade, which is surrounded by well-known hotels, such as the Palm Beach and Golden Bay, as well as restaurants and local taverns. The Yannathes beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag for its clean waters is within walking distance. In the adjacent area, you can also visit the Cyprus Tourism Organization (CTO) beach which is equipped with all the appropriate facilities for tourists.

It was our 2nd time and stay at Andreas' apartment. Everything perfect, clean, fully equiped and more. Andreas helps you with everything you need and is very flexible. Every question via message or phone is answered immediately. The apartment is large, Netflix included, fully equiped kitchen, free welcome drinks and snacks... just a few minutes to walk to the beach or the supermarket. Quiet street for children in front of the house. Friendly neighbours, just perfect. Thank you, Andreas, we will come back soon.
My partner and I stayed in this cozy apartment for 5 days. Nice and cozy apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was super clean and very well equiped. It was nice to have the host waiting for us to arrive late at night to welcome us and show us around. There was a generous welcome pack waiting for us with some wine, coffee, tea as well as some snacks. The apartment has a comfortable living room and a very nice bathroom. The kitchen is fully equiped and you can find pretty much everything you need. Beach is a short walking distance away, around 5 minutes walk. Also the apartment is close to many amenities, bus stop, supermarket, nice restaurants and many more. Overall, we had a lovely time at Andreas' apartment, and we will definitely be back soon. Both, my wife and myself, are extremely happy with our stay at Andreas's apartment. Andreas is a very nice and hospitable person. We had excellent communication with him throughout our stay. He has been an exceptionally responsive and helpful host. The apatmment was sparkling clean and very well furnished. It was equipped with every possible thing one may need. Andreas was even kind enough to leave a starter pack with local wine, coffee and tea, drinks, fruits and snacks ( Many thanks Andreas. This was greatly appreciated). The apartment is only a couple of minutes walk from a very beautiful and well organised Beach. The area has all the necessary amenities, including restaurants, coffee shops, banks, watersports etc... We will certainly return one day. We wholeheartedly recommend the place to other visitors and holiday makers. Thank you very much indeed, Andreas, for making our stay such a wonderful time. About Voroklini
Oroklini (Voroklini) Located 8 km from Larnaca town center, the large community of Oroklini (also known as Voroklini) enjoys an elevated hill position that overlooks Larnaca Bay. There are various theories of where the village took its name from, with one interpretation deriving from the words ‘oros’ and ‘klinin’, meaning ‘profuse’ in reference to the abundant water running down from the slopes of the mountain from the spring of the area. Thanks to its hilly terrain, the village has many natural beauty spots, and as such is popular for outdoor leisure and activities. Its Yannathes Beach is the region’s only official eco beach. The main attractions of the village include its old neighborhoods of pre-1882 buildings, and its churches and chapels, with the quaint stone-built Chapel of Profitis Ilias (Prophet Elias) perched atop a hill. The village also has the region’s second famous wetland - Voroklini Lake – which is a protected Natura 2000 site of Paneuropean significance thanks to the biodiversity of the lake. Two threatened bird species come to nest at the site; the Black-winged Stilt and the Spur-winged Lapwing.
