We love Exmouth, and hope you will too! Our home is a few minutes walk into the town and a 10- 15 minute walk to the beautiful, long beach, estuary and marina. We have two rooms available, a double and a twin. This listing is for the double room with private bathroom. We don’t offer breakfast, as there are plenty of cafes a few minutes walk away, and many good quality restaurants in the town, or further afield for lunch and dinner. Our dining room is available for take-away food on request. The bedroom and private bathroom are situated on the first floor of our home, at the end of a corridor. The bedroom is a good size with a comfortable double bed (replaced Dec 23) dressed with quality bedding. There is lots of storage, including a wardrobe, shelves and drawers. Guests are welcome to use the adjacent bedroom to store their luggage. The room benefits from a TV with Netflix, Prime and Disney, plus a DVD player (we have lots of DVDs you are welcome to use). There is a kettle, tea and coffee, water bottle and glasses in the room, and we provide biscuits and breakfast bars for you to enjoy. There is also a lock on the door. The small private bathroom next door to the bedroom has been refitted to benefit from a ¾ bath, with a good power shower over it. There is constant hot water. The usual toiletries are available, plus large bath towels, hand towels, flannels and bath robes. Our dining room, which benefits from the morning sun, is on the ground floor and is also available for you to use during the day, on request. It has an easy chair and other comfortable dining chairs. Should you wish to bring in ‘take away’ food, we would prefer you to eat it there, and we’ll be happy to provide crockery, cutlery and glasses. We will also clear and wash up for you once you have left the room. There is an electric piano in that room, if you would like to 'tinkle the ivories'. Our home has small pretty gardens at the front and rear, and we’d be pleased for guests to use the front garden to sit and read or take in the morning sun.
