Claudia’s place was perfect for our family vacation (9 adults, 3 kids and 2 toddlers). Very spacious with a lot to do at the house and in BBR. The hot tub was great, sauna was a great way to unwind and the outdoor area was amazing to enjoy the weather

We enjoyed the spacious home and decks, complete with lots of entertainment options - pool, shuffle board, corn hole and more.

The place is beautiful and super fun. Had issues communicating with the host, though. Weren’t provided with check-in instructions until a day beforehand and they were incomplete, at least as far as how to access Black Butte Resort itself. Instructions also didn’t include the code to the front door and when I called to ask upon arrival, host said they couldn’t talk because they were at a movie. Check-out included what felt like a burdensome if doable list of things, but in attempting do everything, our group went just over the check-out time of 11am. I began receiving phone calls at 11:04 saying that we needed to leave immediately, which was off-putting. We were then dinged for leaving some dirty dishes in the sink. Our group made a large spill on the couch, which I felt terrible about and am more than fine compensating, but extra charges after check-out also included $150 for a minor, minor blood stain on someone’s comforter.
