Take it easy at this tranquil cozy getaway.You won’t want to miss this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Nestled in a small town, it is an ideal place to stay & relax . We are a half mile from Rt 84, 17 miles north of Waycross Okefenokee swamp is 31.2 miles Jekyll Island within 1.5 hrs driving distance .Satilla river is 30.7 miles .Enjoy this well maintained 1920's southern home. See pictures for a better idea on what we offer. We will try to accommodate your reasonable requests. All the rooms in are classic early 20th century with high ceilings, hardwood floors and plentiful tall windows looking out into a heavily treed small town Georgia neighborhood. Sleigh bed, antique/vintage furnishings and wrap around porch highlight a peaceful back-to-simpler times experience. Additional twin bed is available in the same bedroom on request

Super cute home! Wish we had more time to stay and explore but Chrysha was welcoming and flexible about our check-in.

Both hosts were very friendly and helpful. Their 1920’s home was delightful. I loved the very tall southern ceilings and all of the flowering shrubs in the yard. It was surely a nice change from MN. If I’m in the area, I’ll stay again.

Chrysha's 1925 house was a welcoming stop in our motorcycle trip to the mountains. I love rural GA and the old houses with the high ceilings. The bed was comfy, the hallway doors closed to give us a separation from the rest of the house and the shower was hot. She got up before us and had coffee ready and offered us fruit and cereal for breakfast. All good and she invited me to play her grand piano!

Not too many traffic lights in this rural setting. Easy access to main routes.
Memorial hospital, Way cross is 17.4 miles and IGA grocery store around 9.9 miles , .Dollar store,gas station ,local pharmacy & couple of restaurants /take out places within a couple of minutes.Snacks to house hold items and other at Roses express within few minutes
