Cozy studio apartment in Thakur Village, tastefully furnished with a minimalistic design. Vibrant and safe neighborhood close to many restaurants, pubs and theaters in Thakur Village. Easy commute to Borivali Railway & Magathane Metro Station. Enjoy comfort, convenience & affordability. Please note that we cannot host unmarried couples due to stringent rules set by our housing society. We look forward to hosting you and making your stay a memorable one! The apartment is female friendly since it is located in a very safe and posh society within Thakur Village, Kandivali East. The society gate has 24x7 security guard and the building entrance also has a 24x7 security guard. Security cameras are installed on every floor and common areas.

Pallavi is a good blend of a friend plus professional. Everything was as described. Mattress quality was good. The place offers more amenities than a hotel. There is a washing machine, microwave and a freeze. Borivali National Park and a Thakre Dream Park are close by for morning walk or evening stroll. There are many small shops around and good restaurants.
I really liked the area where the apartment is located. Had full privacy with little interference from the host.
One of the few better stays in the area. The apartment was neat and cozy and all the amenities needed were available. Will definitely recommend.
Pallavi is a good host. Our stay was very pleasant.

The apartment is located in the well-known Valley of Flowers complex by Gundecha Builders. It is in the heart of Thakur Village close to all restaurants, movie theaters, and pubs. Grocery stores, fruit/vegetable vendor, medical stores, etc. are available within 5 mins walking distance. You can also ride quickly to Growel's 101 Mall, Oberoi Mall, Borivali Train Station, Akurli Metro Station or Magathane Metro Station in an auto rickshaw or Uber/Ola. Western Express highway and Saidham Mandir is at a 15-min walking distance.
Auto Rickshaws are easily available outside the society gate. Ola and Uber is also easily available any time of the day or night.
