With a large eat-in island and open concept, this kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals with seating for 12. Beautifully decorated with touches of blue and gold to make the rooms feel bright and airy. The large porches give you plenty of space to enjoy the sunsets or drink your coffee in the morning. Off the living room is the master bedroom with a king bed and also has a small attached room with a daybed, perfect for a child to sleep in their separate space while also being close to parents. This bedroom has a tv and private bathroom with double vanities and a walk shower. There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 6 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. Carroll Realty does NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 30 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given.
