Sean and Joanna’s place is a great choice if you’re going to Louisville. The NULU neighborhood was a few minutes walk from coffee shops, lunch and cute shops. The neighborhood was super quiet at night; the beds are very comfortable and the space is remodeled beautifully. We were a group of 3 couples and it was plenty of space. We also enjoyed their outdoor space around the fire pit.

Staying here topped off our amazing bourbon trail trip. Sean & Joanna were extremely responsive before & during our stay. They were super accommodating and help us out in a bind. The house is beautiful!!!! We spent our nights out back & in the upstairs bar/playroom. Such a great location. Walkable to several restaurants, cafes & bars (Highly recommend getting a burger at The Grind!). And best of all, bourbon row is less than mile away.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Was the perfect home base for our bourbon trail trip. Close to downtown and able to walk to a lot of near by places. We really enjoyed our time and would stay here again. Sean and Joana gave me great feedback on my itinerary I made for trip. Highly recommend, book it now!

Very comfortable and well equipped home. Obvious the owners had thought of everything needed for a great stay. We felt at home and secure. Would definitely want to stay there again during another visit. Thanks so much for your hospitality!
