Enjoy the garden koi pond and relax under the covered awning and take in the nature your surrounded by. Our home was designed for our comfort and yours made specifically for families. (No events or parties - see house rules) The outside of the home offers three separate experience areas. - Relax under the covered screened patio area - Enjoy the outside lawn where you can have a seat underneath the mango & lychee trees while enjoying a bit of the beautiful nature -Take a walk by the covered garden oasis located next to the patio and visit the Koi/Goldfish pond. The inside of the home will offer you an elegant well-equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 8, a 60"TV & additional seating for 2 by the kitchen bar top. The spacious living room provides a comfortable space to enjoy a good movie on its 75"TV, a digital real touch piano keyboard for you to show off your skills, & pool table should you simply want to listen to music and play a round while watching the sunset through your unobstructed view of the garden. The living room has smart lighting with changing color light options to increase your overall experience. The spacious master bedroom offers a Sleep Number bed with its own 75"TV & comfortable seating with its private bathroom. The kid's room offers a trundle sleeping area providing bedding for 3 with fun games & arcade for everyone, not just the kids to enjoy. The Beach room offers a comfortable rest area as well as an office space where you can connect your laptop to the TV directly through the quick connect feature on the desk. The fourth room provides king-size bedding with a 55" TV in a warm comfy setup.
