Erin's place was exactly as described - spacious, close to the beach area, and quiet surroundings. Everything was perfect except for some minor issues like some of the appliances needing to be fixed and the floor needing to be vacuumed better. Other than those, the house was big, spacious, and beautiful!

Great location, fabulous home and Erin is an excellent host that goes above and beyond. The home is in a great location that’s convenient to shopping, dining, parks, etc. One unexpected surprise is Erin’s beautiful and eclectic art throughout the home and grounds. Erin is very communicative, friendly and and accommodating making a visit to a new area very pleasant. Don’t miss this place it’s worth a visit.

This home was AMAZING!!...5 stars across the board!!..The home was in pristine condition and very spacious. Our host (Erin) was extremely nice and hospitable. My family and I enjoyed every aspect of this house and location. There were so many great restaurants and attractions within minutes of the home. We HIGHLY recommend this home and look forward to coming back again.

Erin is extremely responsive and was very helpful prior to making the reservation and throughout the stay. The place is just as described. The location is great. There are nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and Bethany Beach boardwalk is a 10 minute or so drive. The deck in the back is small and we wished there was more outdoor space to enjoy. we did get to use the grill. We found the house very spacious and liked the balconies. All the bedrooms were great sized and have attached bathrooms which was a great plus. We thought the cleaners could have a little better job in same areas of the house. Overall, our family had a great stay at Erin's place.
