Situé dans un endroit de rêve avec une magnifique vue sur la rivière et à quelques minutes de marche de la vieille ville. Tranquille et hyper propre, je ne peux imaginer meilleur endroit pour séjourner à Hoi An. David a été très acceuillant et disponible. Il a arrangé mes déplacements de l'aéroport à l'hôtel et a fait des recherches pour moi pour des visites. N'hésitez pas un instant, c'est un endroit et des hôtes formidables.

I ended up extending my stay cause I loved the place so much! The balcony view on the river & fisher boats is amazing to wake up with. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, peaceful & quiet, and yet at very short walking/(bicycle/motorbike) driving distance of the busy Old Town. Plus plenty of coffee bars and restaurants down the street. David was an excellent host! I really liked our chats and he goes above and beyond to assist his guests for whatever you might need (help with). I would definitely stay again and recommend 100%!

Very quiet place, you are on an island en front of Hoian. You are on the fisherman side so rest guaranteed. No nightlife but you buy with locals sometimes 50% cheaper than Hoian. Fresh fish every day almost in front. David is a great guy, always there to help you. If you like quietness this is the place.

I am so glad I found this gem during my long stay in Hoi An - I had such a great time. The house itself is really beautiful and located in a very peaceful area with a lovely view over the river. Sitting at the balcony and watching the sunset truly was something extra! Also, the old town is only a 15 minutes walk away, so I had a peaceful stay yet close to the city.  There are lots of shared spaces where you can exercise, cook food, work (the internet connection is really solid) or just hang out and relax.  David and his wife are excellent hosts - they are helpful, can give good advice on hidden gems around the area and last but not least- makes you feel at home.  I recommend this place to everyone visiting Hoi An and I would definitely come back again!

Exactly the escape I needed! Outstanding location with incredible landscape but not distant from downtown, bonus an interesting book collection. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Totally recommended!
