Everything is set up for your comfort ~ cook up a feast in the kitchen, spend time exploring the hidden secrets of the garden or sit & read a book from the collection in one of our reading spots. If exploring is your thing, Sydney is on your doorstep from Rosemarkie. Rosemarkie has three spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a large well-equipped kitchen, seperate lounge and dining areas, a bathroom with shower plus laundry with second toilet. It also boasts a beautiful outdoor area for meals outside, and luscious garden full of secret nooks, together with an outdoor shower.

Staying at Rosemarie was the highlight of our 1 month trip to Australia. We loved it so much we stayed there twice! The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt at home and the hosts were generous and always helpful. We enjoyed the local recommendations, especially coffee island! Evenings in the backyard or Ashfield Park were our favourite part of the trip! There is a view of the harbor bridge driving down the street which was a happy surprise for us one night. It is an easy walk to summer hill station which makes the rest of Sydney easy to get to by train. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - we will be back!!!
Our family of 4 loved staying at Rosemarkie! Victoria provided everything we needed to feel right at home. Location a short walk to the train station, and our kids loved playing at the park across the street! The backyard was incredible for evening dining and relaxing. We could not have asked for better accommodations in the inner west and look forward to staying there again!
We had a group of 6 girls stay for 4 nights to attend the Taylor Swift concert in Sydney. The house was more than what we expected! The house is spacious and a blend of modern and traditional styles. Victoria has ensured that the house is very well equipped and things can be easily found. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The central cooling was very efficient. The house is in a great location that we loved exploring, close to shops and cafes and opposite a beautiful family friendly park. I would be more than happy to stay again and highly recommend the home for groups / families.
Great place in an excellent position. The indoor/outdoor living was perfect for our stay as the weather was not too hot. Had a fantastic time.
Had a lovely stay at Victoria’s beautiful period home. Unique features to this age of property. We had everything we required, including a great kitchen! 7-10 min walk to Summer Hill train station to get to Sydney centre. We did notice regular aircraft noise overhead in the day but this did not negatively affect us as was quiet at night. House was spacious. Victoria was very responsive and very good in communication. She kindly allowed us to check out late. Thank you 😊

Rosemarkie is in a beautiful residential area ~ a close walk to Summer Hill village. Please note that given we are in a residential area noise must be kept to a minimum so we do not allow the use of the house for gatherings or parties and we ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 10PM.
It is a short walk from Rosemarkie to Summer hill station (7 minute walk) and to Ashfield station (20 minute walk), and with easy buses to the City, Leichhardt, Annandale etc. Rosemarkie is also only a three minute walk to Parramatta Road, with convenient buses, or easy access to West Connex.
Street parking is also in abundance in the area.
