Had such a great fall weekend in Montauk staying at Richard’s place! Highly recommend to everyone.

Overall it was fine. The beds were a little hard, there was no corkscrew (very important kitchen utensil) and no instructions regarding apartment heating controls. The blinds are also in need or repair / replacement as they were basically inoperable without further damage. Otherwise a very cool little spot on the beach and very close to the all the Montauk action.

The location was good, and check-in was really easy but the host wouldn't respond after we found multiple blood stains on the sheets

I have visited Montauk a dozen times or so, and this was one of my favorite places that I have stayed so far. Gorgeous setting.

We've been going to Montauk for 30 years and new right where this unit was. The setting is beautiful - and the unit was clean, open, and the perfect size for our family. Richard responded very quickly to any outreach I made - and even got us in early. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
