We really enjoyed our time at Sara’s house in Montauk! The house was beautiful, clean, and the amenities were great. It was clear that someone put a lot of thought into setting the house up for comfort from the cozy throw blankets to the bathroom shower amenities. No detail was spared. The photos very accurately represent the spaces as well. If anything it lives even larger in person and can accommodate groups and families very comfortably. We loved so much about our stay and would rent again!

Gorgeous house walking distance from the beach and Gurneys. Great for a group of 12 adults to sleep comfortably with plenty of space downstairs for everyone to be in one space together. The patio/pool area is amazing, the kitchen has everything you need, and they provide plenty of beach chairs and beach towels for you to use (+ 1 private beach parking pass). This house has everything you could want and is super clean. Host was accommodating and informative throughout the process, we had a great time!

we enjoyed our stay at Sara's house. the sonos system was great, and definitely worth it to pay for the heated pool. kitchen has all the equipment you would need, just remember to bring your own cooking oil etc. grill worked well, hot tub was warm, and we appreciated the ample beach towels as well. the beach parking was also really handy, be sure to ask about the exact parking spot ahead of time!

The place was very nice and the host was communicative , but didn't think the price was worth it. Good place overall though.
