Vuong's place has all the listed amenities and is a nice place to stay in the area. Big TV with a soundstick, AC runs cool and silent. The room was clean enough for me. What I liked the most was his responsiveness. Vuong is always polite and helpful.

The decoration, the layout, the colours, the sofa, the kitchen, the sink, the large TV, even the wooden floor is of a high quality. The moment you walk in you will feel and smell special.
