Beautiful 1 Bedroom Pet Friendly Condo close to everything! Great location, perfect for 30+ day stays! 5 min to Brentwood. 20 min to Franklin. Minutes from great restaurants, grocery stores. Take a stroll on the beautiful Mill Creek Park Greenway that runs through the community. Also, enjoy the Community Pavilion and community grill. Two workstations including one computer monitor and high-speed wifi for WFH needs. The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen including a coffee maker.

This place checks EVERY box. Caleb is super easy and quick to communicate with. The location is right on a beautiful greenway. Close to good restaurants, and grocery stores. Don’t hesitate, just stay here!
Caleb’s place was definitely what I was looking for. It’s exactly as pictured, clean and tidy and convenient to everything I needed. The greenway trail was an added bonus that I used frequently. Caleb was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and very accommodating to specific requests. I stayed there for 3 months and it was a great experience.
Caleb was such a wonderful host. The space was spotless and well equipped for my extended stay. Easy access to the greenway was an added bonus!

Beautiful Safe community with trees lining the street. The neighborhood loves dogs so bring your furry friend along. Take a stroll or bike ride on the beautiful Mill Creek Park Greenway that runs through the community. Also, enjoy the Community Pavilion and community grill.
Street parking is open on Lenox Creekside Dr. This is the most convenient parking. There is also a designated parking spot on the east side of the building labeled G if you prefer to park there.
