nice host, very helpul and kind, i was able to have a good night but left as soon as I woke up, unfortunately I had to sleep on the couch 🥲 place could be great with some minor upkeep. (more sturdy ladder to climb up to bed) I'm a pretty fit guy 6'2, 215 pounds and it did not feel safe . very well maintained trail to the home and the yard was very nice. one other thing that really urked me was that I booked this place to hangout downtown and have a super close ride home from the bars but unfortunately we were not 10 minutes from downtown, as advertised on the listing ,it was more like 20 minutes (gps screen shot) and that's only without any traffic. I feel like this place may be a little to expensive for what it offers and lack of location. cool story about the main house tho but I think this tiny home needs a little renovation for safety that also as well includes the little things (countertops are beyond a little used,chips in paint everywhere, no trap under shower, bathroo

What a gem!! Loved staying at this Tiny house! It’s private with beautiful surroundings but also minutes from the grocery, 12 mins to downtown area and minutes to the lake!! The AC was great! The history of the property is so unique and a bonus to staying in Nashville. As a music fan, THIS is the place to stay!! You wouldn’t believe who else has been on this property! Can’t wait to be back!

We love our stay at Monique's Tiny Home! My husband and I stayed for two nights while visiting Nashville for the weekend. We love the outdoors and jumped at the chance to stay at Monique's Tiny Home. It gave us getaway cabin feels and although located close to the house on the property, was pushed back in the woods and secluded enough that we had plenty of privacy. The lights on the path/walkway were much appreciated as it can be hard to see once it gets dark! The place was adorable and had everything we needed. Monique was responsive when necessary and helped make our Nashville trip a success!
