We had a fantastic stay, the flat has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The balcony is such an added bonus- great to sit out with a cuppa in the mornings. Close to the tube station, peaceful location with great bars and restaurants in walking distance

This flat is in a perfect location for London sightseeing. You’re centrally located (close to Hyde Park, several tube lines, Gloucester Road, Kensington High Street, etc), but tucked back on a quiet side street with very little traffic. There are lots of great restaurants and coffee places in walking distance. The flat is clean, comfortable, and quiet- a perfect place to rest after a long day of sightseeing!

Nice stay in Katya’s flat. Best location in London, quiet and safe, 5 mins walk to tube station, plenty restaurants and cafe nearby. The flat is clean and the bed is comfortable. Will come back when I visit London next time.

The location of Katya’s place is superb. To be honest, it is a 5 star place. I’m leaving 4 stars because I didn’t have heater the first night and I was quite cold, plus hot hotter wasn’t working on the first day, She was very responsive and sent someone right away, but I think it would be great to check those things before some new arrives. Also, it was hard to control the temperature of the water, I had to shower with very hot water. I believe she is getting that fixed. Everything else is perfect. The flat is quite, however, it is an old building so expect to hear the noise of the neighbors when they are home. Highly recommend this flat ❤️

We loved everything about this apartment, it is nice, neat but has no TV. Katya was very helpful, and she got everything we asked for. The area is quiet and classy. Got many restaurant at walking distance, bus stop is around the corner. I would suggest to put a tv there with Netflex. I will come back again.
