Perfect location. Amazing host. If you are a beach person and plan to hang there most of your trip, book this place now. It is the perfect beach getaway.

The home was cozy and adequate for our stay. They had no amenities for little ones other than beach toys. The beds were unmade upon arrival and the living room furniture is not so comfortable but those things were easily overlooked by the location and porch and outdoor space! I would totally recommend this listing to others. We had a great time there. The beach is in walking distance and is beautiful.

Carolyn’s house is such a great place to stay if you are looking for a fun beach stay. The beach is a 5 minute walk away which we did every day! They provide a beautiful outdoor patio area with plenty of seats for guests to enjoy dinner or drinks outside. All of the photos provided are accurate, no surprises! My favorite part about this home is that she provides EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you may need. I would highly recommend this beach home for families or a small groups. Be sure to use the orange garbage bags and pay attention to pickup times, which we messed up. As a local community member from the area, this home is my top recommendation by far!

Carolyn's home was a great place for us to stay over memorial day weekend! Walking distance to a beach and a quick drive into town. We had a wonderful time!

The majority of our guests trust their vacation with us reserving "their week" year-after-year. Our cottage is a quick 5 minute walk from the private Fire District Beach - passes provided! Guests comment favorably on our quiet family oriented neighborhood which is tucked one mile south of bustling Misquamicut State Beach. Restaurants and beach-front entertainment are a 5 - 10 minute walk. Many of our neighbors are year-round residents.

Our family has cherished the Robins Nest since our dad and extended family hand constructed the cottage in 1959. Our mission is to cultivate long-term repetitive relationships with our guests. We strive to exceed the expectations of our new guests and offer our family of repeat clients something new and fresh every year. We achieve these high standards by serving as your hosts and personally curating the property. Our experience in guest and property management began when we were 10 and 11 years old helping mom and dad with the weekly cottage turnovers and service to other annual rental properties. Decades of experience in the neighborhood have taught us how to exceed the service, amenities and accommodation quality typical to the average cottage experiences. Our new and annual returning guests capture their special moments and thanks to us in our Guest Book helping us anticipate special events like a returning birthday for a toddler in his 3rd year at the cottage. Off-season, this is our home. Exceptional care is taken to ensure your comfort as well as ours. Detail is extended to our quality bedding, linens, bath accessories, furnishings and more. New guest often comment, "We really could arrive with just a suitcase"!
