The whole family will love this classic College Hill home! Adults can sit and relax on the covered front porch while keeping an eye on the kids playing at the park only yards away! All living spaces have been recently renovated and are on one floor with no need to climb stairs (after the front porch)! The home is centrally located and only minutes away from Washburn University, Hummer Sports Park, Stormont Vail Events Center and pretty much anything else you might be in town for! Newly renovated 2BR/1BA, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining space and family room all on one level! Not to mention the covered front porch and newly constructed back patio with lights and gazebo!

A beautifully appointed home. We were very comfortable and has lots of room to spread out and be comfortable.
The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly like the photos. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Tiffany is such a great host! She was very accommodating before and during my stay in Kansas. Would definitely stay here again when in town.
The house was everything and so much more! The hosts were amazing and sooo accommodating, we will absolutely be back to stay, we loved this house!
Fantastic stay in Topeka! Adorable home, with extremely comfortable beds and great living spaces. The kitchen was extremely well furnished with everything needed to prepare meals including great cookware! The outdoor patio was awesome too, very private and spacious. Tiffany was friendly and very helpful with restaurant recommendations! I highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!
