You’re sure to feel yourselves relaxing as soon as you pull up into the off-street parking space outside this beautiful property near the coast. There are actually 4 separate units in the Ryder development. You can book the whole house if you need space for up to 20 of you, but this unit sleeps up to 6. Recently redecorated from top to bottom, front to back, with some brand new furnishings and quality everything in every room, it’s the homeliest of homes in which you can all kick back and soak up the chilled coastal vibe. Let’s take a look around: OPEN PLAN LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN AREA In line with the contemporary preference for open concept living areas, the hub of the house features a sofa and armchairs, a dining table and a kitchen all sharing the same space. And it all gets bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows. It’s a room in which you can gather together to enjoy a movie night on the large TV, or be together as you prepare and eat snacks and meals. All the appliances and cookware you need to rustle-up and serve tasty homestyle meals are in the modern kitchen. THE 2 BEDROOMS All that fresh coastal air is sure to get you sleepy come the end of the day. So it’s good to know there are beautifully comfortable brand new beds with quality mattresses and brand new quality bedding awaiting. One of the rooms features a queen bed, the other two doubles. Both offer up relaxing places to sleep and room aplenty for you to store your clothes and belongings. No need to live out of your suitcase here! BATHROOM The bathroom gives you somewhere modern and comfortable in which to get refreshed and ready to hit the beach or town or wherever! Know that your hosts will provide fresh towels for every guest to use, so there’s no need to try and squeeze your own into your bags. OUTSIDE AREAS This unit has a large private secure yard to keep the kids and your furry friend contained! You'll also have access to the shared backyard area, including the covered BBQ space. The guests from the other 3 units will not be able to access your secure yard as the gate can be locked. The front yard is ideal for a game of football or cricket. For those who prefer a slower pace of life, sitting on the porch next to the big frangipani tree watching the sunrise is something you’ll want to experience at least once during your stay. LAUNDRY Two washing machines are available for the use of everyone staying in the 4 separate units, so you can keep on top of your washing and don’t have to save it all for when you get home! PARKING No need to worry about where to leave your vehicle. Staying here gives you off street parking. BRING YOUR PET! This is the only unit in the development in which pets can stay. So if you can’t bear the thought of going away without your beloved four-legged friend, book here. There’s a secure and private fenced-in area at the rear of the property where your dog can exercise.
