I highly recommend this place. It’s a one bed room place near a tube station. The room located 2nd floor (UK style) of the terraced house. It’s big and clean enough. Worth staying!

Overall an excellent Airbnb for a long stay. Very spacious with a bedroom, separate bathroom and separate kitchen/work area. The amenities were better than I expected and the top floor location means you can let some air in if it gets warm. The shower is great and easy to operate, the washing machine was a bonus and the gas hob and oven were easy to operate and great for cooking - I was there for over two weeks. Easy walk to Leyton tube station which is one stop on the Central line to Stratford, which has fantastic connections to all parts of London and the South-east. There is some noise from the adjacent tube line but there's a fold-out bed in the kitchen area which works well and is comfortable and more quiet. Wifi connection is excellent and Lydia is a great host, very responsive when I had a small issue with the shower which turned out not to be a problem. Would recommend highly for size, location and value.

Lydia is super responsive and always kind. One neighbor was immediately helpful with my bags which made me feel right at home. I love how spacious the flat is, like a home away from home. Amazing price. Very cozy and a nice gas range to cook on. There's Chinese take away just up the street that pretty much fed me the whole time though. Delicious! I wanted to stay longer. Thank you, Lydia!
