This place was a great location with a very short drive into downtown Moab. The unit was very clean, but the blankets in the basket downstairs had a pretty foul odor to them which in turn made the downstairs smell musty. Unfortunately, when renters are asked to wash the linens and such themselves not everyone follows that rule and the next renter suffers the consequences. We were only there for two nights and used it as a hub between hikes, so it didn’t bother us much. We felt very safe in the community and didn’t have any problems.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect as it is only about 15 mins to Arches National Park and very close to downtown Moab where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Would recommend staying here!
