PETS! The architecturally modern Casa Casey is as fun as vibrant as Austin itself and the perfect place to call home for your next vacation visit. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The entire home contains new furniture and fully equipped kitchen. You will be located S. of Dtown when you head out to explore the city from your three story haven. After a long day of music festivals, Zilker Park, food and breweries, you'll be grateful for the cool central AC. 2018 built home and only one owner. The house smells as new as when it was built. No wear and tear. The home has Farmhouse finishes. Bedrooms are on 2nd floor and 3rd floor. Garage is not accessible.

Melissa’s place was very clean and saw that there were a lot of different kitchen utensils. All the beds and even the couch were comfortable and it’s nice having a tv in each of the rooms. The living room tv also had streaming services connected so you don’t have to log into your own account. There were also a lot of toiletries, typically airbnbs only give you one roll of toilet paper but there was plenty for 6 guests. Also the airbnb was super close to everything. Check in was super easy and so were the house instructions.

This place was perfect! Not only was the design of the house extremely well done, it was in close proximity to all the things we had planned for our stay. 10/10!

We had an excellent stay!!! The home is comfy, cozy and had everything our family of 4 needed. Our teenage daughter especially loved having the loft space all to herself. The location is very convenient, close to the freeway and to St. Edward’s Univeristy where our other daughter attends college. We were there during the solar eclipse, and Melissa was thoughtful enough to provide us with eclipse glasses for each member of our family. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit Austin. Thanks for everything!!

This condo is in a vibrant and diverse neighborhood right off Ben and White Frontage Rd (right behind Blazer Tag). You can take a stroll around the neighborhood and see the mix of homes and welcoming residents.
You are in walking distance to Blazer Tag an adventure center, Gold's Gym, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Jiffy Lube and Discount Tires.
You will only need to drive 5 to minutes to St. Davids South Hospital, Urgent Care, Target, Dan.s Hamburgers, Whataburger, Cosmic Coffee, Randalls and other restaurants.
If you drive a few blocks West you hit S. Lamar (popular area) or Westgate. In the S Lamar area you have Pluckers ( the best wings in town), The Park, Pinthouse Pizza, Pei Wei, Sprouts, Freebirds, In and Out, Olive Garden, Red Lobster in one shopping center. Across from it you will have other restaurants, stores and Target. But if you keep going west then you hit an access to MoPac, Greenbelt and Barton Creek Mall.
As for the Westgate area, you will have Central Market, Cavenders, Arbys, Juiceland, Westgate Movie Theatre, Amy's Ice Cream (must go), Bealls, Bath and Body Works and more. Further west, you will have Sams Club, Specs, TJ Maxx, Ross, Academy, Nordstrom Rack, CAVA, LaMadeline, Party City, Bed Bath and Beyond and more.
If you go further down East you will have Walmart, Bill Miller, Wendy's, Chick-fil-A, Cabo Bobs, Subway, FedEx, Burger King and I-35. This is also another shopping center that includes other restaurants and stores. Behind this shopping center you will have Home Depot and St. Edwards University as well.
The condo is located where you have access to HWY 71 (Airport) in 15-20 min, I-35 (5 min), South Congress/Downtown (10 min), Mopac/Zilker Park (10 min) and 290 (5 min). You can get in a matter of minutes to each of these locations which is very fortunate for one visiting.
