This quiet, secluded neighborhood is perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are a couple cabins on the same street, but plenty of privacy for you and your guests, with great views being on top of the mountain. There are spectacular views of Pikes Peak to the west and the Sangre de Cristos mountain range to the east both which are typically snow capped throughout the year. Surrounded by aspens and pine trees, the Aspen Ridge A-Frame is the perfect place to unwind with coffee in the morning, a glass of wine, relaxing on wicker furniture around the fire pit, grilling out on the back deck, or eating at the outdoor dining table, yet is only 15 minutes into the historic mining town of Cripple Creek where you can enjoy sight-seeing, casinos, dining out, and shopping. All of the surrounding mountain towns have great views and outdoor activities as well as a variety of food options.
Colorado's amazing Ice Castles will be in Cripple Creek, CO this year and it is only a 15 minute drive from the cabin. This is a great attraction to see this Winter!
There are some basketball courts and a 18 hole frisbee golf course in the neighborhood.

Parking is available in the driveway and the neighborhood dirt roads are plowed and are taken care of. The cabin is less than 2 miles off of the hard road, so it is a short ride on dirt roads. You can drive, bike, walk etc. but if you descend down the mountain the roads would obviously be uphill back to the cabin. if you do take a walk you'll see gorgeous mountain views on both sides of the road.
