House is amazing location 1 minute to walk metro station. Area is peaceful and quality

Patricia is a property manager and not the owner of the property. She is very friendly and usually quick to respond. However with issues she was unable to resolve a situation as she was unable to contact the landlord during my stay when I informed her that the TV did not work. The situation remained unresolved during my entire 5 day stay. The positives: The apartment location is excellent and is right opposite a tube station and next to plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and Clapham Common is right outside. The apartment is a decent size with a comfortable bed and sofa. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for a short stay. The negatives: The key collection and drop off requires a 10 minute walk to the shop and a 10 minute uphill walk which can be a challenge if you have luggage or kids. Also there is a rather loud air conditioning unit in the ceiling of the apartment with a non stop humming sound that can be annoying if you are a light sleeper.

This apartment is very well located right opposite the station and close to the Common and shops. It was also spacious and clean. I’d recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

Patricia's apartment was spacious, clean and bright. It is located very close to the tube and shops and restaurants. It was generally well equipped, except there was no coffee machine. Check-in was not convenient as we had to walk 5-7 min to a store to obtain and then to return the keys.
