The home is grand, an architectural delight, and the photographs do not do it justice. The ground floor is spacious with a well-appointed kitchen, dining, lounge areas, and bathroom. Then, up a steep staircase (be forewarned) to the bedroom floor, with a spacious primary bedroom and attractive multiple-person shower, two additional bedrooms, and another bathroom with a shower tub. Note that these two bedrooms have beds in lofts. Bedrooms have air conditioning units, not the ground floor (but several large ceiling fans). Another steep staircase leads to a lovely outdoor sitting/dining area with BBQ, and a few more steps to a pool (very nice but not necessarily for "swimming" more like for soaking and cooling off). This outdoor area is quite nice. A supermarket is down the street and there are a number of dining spots within walking distance. Also, the area felt very safe.

Fue un fin de semana increíble, una casa muy linda y grande! Quedamos maravillados con la distribución y los diferentes equipamientos. Muy seguro y limpio todo. Volvería feliz.

Lovely great big house in a great location in Palermo. Wonderful living spaces, amazing to have the rooftop grill and pool. Only downside was the sleeping arrangements! One lovely queen-sized bed with en-suite, but the rest of the beds were loft-style (up a ladder) or single pull-out/sofa beds. We stayed as a family of four so was not too bad but unclear how the place could sleep 8 comfortably!

It's obvious that they live in the house when not rented. It has clutter from their things. The main floor, where the living, dining & kitchen are, is dark! There is only one window wall, facing the street on ground level, with a curtain that blocks light & a huge shade tree directly outside. It was depressing. The dishwasher didn't work. The filthy & old washing machine was exceptionally difficult to work & finicky. The oven glass door exploded while we were heating up food (which had to be discarded), the only door in & out of the house (no back door!) locked shut & we were stuck in the home until a locksmith came & replaced the lock. The pool looks a lot bigger than the photos. It was one of the main reasons I rented the house but my kids refused to swim in it. The only bedroom photos they showed was the primary bedroom. They purposely left out the horrible 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Although they followed up on repairs, etc. our trip was ruined by our stay there.

exelente estadia hermoso el alojamiento muy recomendable
